ColorFabb was founded in the Netherlands by Ruud Rouleaux, CEO of Helian Polymers, in 2012. After an extensive experience in the plastics, dyes and additives industry, he embarked on exploring opportunities in the world of 3D printing. During these years they have launched different innovative materials to the market. Due to the rapid growth of the 3D printing market, from the beginning ColorFabb has been expanding its production capacity, its logistics department and its team of professionals. At its headquarters, a 4,100 m2 building, ColorFabb has a quality control department, a logistics department that ships to more than 60 countries around the world, and a team of 3D printing engineers that test all the filaments.

ColorFabb_HT features an elevated heat resistance temperature of 100C. It’s uniquely suited for advanced 3D printing users, particular those who need their creations to exhibit excellent durability, toughness and temperature resistance.

colorFabb nGen_FLEX

nGen_FLEX is a semi-flexible elastomer which enables users to print flexible models without compromising much on speed. The material is uniquely suited for 3D printing and results in extremely tough prints with excellent layer adhesion. This makes it very useful for use in prosthetics, orthotics, wearable tech, high temperature resistant engineering parts and many more applications.

colorFabb nGen

nGen is an all-round material suitable for most general 3D printing activities. At its core nGen is an Eastman Amphora 3300 3D polymer, which results in a good melt stability. It retains these material properties very well, which means more stable results with less waste of time and material.

Colorfabb developed its own unique blend of PLA/PHA which results in a tougher and less brittle PLA 3d printing filament. PHA is a bio-polyester just like PLA, so our unique blend is still 100% biodegradable.
